To maintain continuity within the Pilgrim Point community, new homes are subject to a framework of general regulations to ensure stylistic unity for our neighborhood. New property owners may select from three currently approved homebuilders, but other builders may apply and will be accepted if specified standards are met. Security services, common area maintenance and front yard upkeep are all included in a reasonable annual homeowner’s fee.
